The following materials and actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will be removed immediately (along with account blocking without a refund):

-
Prohibited Substances: The sale or advertising of narcotic and psychoactive substances.
-
Violence and Harassment: Insults, spam, threatening behavior, stalking, unwanted repeated contacts after refusal, and the demonstration of violence.
-
Violation of Third-Party Rights: Using other people's photos (phishing/catfishing), impersonating another person, and copyright infringement.
-
Fraud and Falsification: Creating multiple accounts by a single person to bypass a block or manipulate ratings; providing fake documents during identity verification (KYC) or when requesting Trust status; and rating manipulation (boosting ratings, collusion).
-
Bypassing Platform Functionality: Attempts to arrange payment or exchange contacts directly, bypassing the unlocking system and the Platform's internal currency.
2. Content Moderation
2.1. All uploaded photos undergo automated verification (AI filter) for prohibited content prior to publication. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading photos that violate these Guidelines. 2.2. The automated filter's decision to reject content can be appealed by the User by contacting support; in this case, the decision is additionally reviewed manually by a moderator. 2.3. Profiles containing materials that give grounds to suspect the involvement of individuals under the age of 18 are blocked immediately and without prior notice, pending the completion of the review.
3. Notice and Takedown Procedure
3.1. If you discover content or behavior that violates your rights or these Guidelines, click the "Report" button on the profile page or send a request to support@loveradar.vip. 3.2. In your report, specify the profile/photo in question and the nature of the violation. 3.3. The initial review period for a report by moderators is up to 48 hours. Content violating Section 1 of these Guidelines is removed immediately upon confirmation of the violation. 3.4. During the review period, the Administration reserves the right to temporarily restrict the visibility of the reported profile.
4. Enforcement Measures and Appeals
4.1. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the Administration applies the following measures: a warning, a temporary restriction of functionality, a temporary account suspension, or a permanent ban without a refund. 4.2. Repeated violations of the Guidelines after a warning will result in stricter measures, up to and including a permanent ban. 4.3. A User whose account or content has been blocked/removed has the right to challenge the decision by contacting support at support@loveradar.vip, stating the reasons for their disagreement. The Administration reviews such requests and provides a reasoned response.
5. User Interactions
5.1. The "Activity" feature (profile views, likes) is intended exclusively for dating purposes. Using other users' activity data for stalking, pressure, or other unwanted behavior is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of Section 1. 5.2. Virtual gifts and internal currency are a form of attention and content support and must not be used as a means of pressure, extortion, or as a condition for continuing communication.
